"This property is the perfect place to stay for large families or groups. We stayed here while in town on a golf trip with 8 friends. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and pristine hot tub were perfect! Nice newer fridge and kitchen/bar area, newer big TV, good WiFi, etc. Many nice updates to the home. A few areas are original/older, but still tasteful. Tessa was awesome to deal with, and the house was so clean!! Can’t recommend it enough."

"Wow, what a great place! My daughter and I were visiting family for a few days and this little gem was our little home away from home. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Loved how clean it was, anything you might need in the kitchen and the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and sheets nice and soft. Sure the bathroom is tiny but was again super clean and well appointed with anything we might need. I would highly recommend this adorable little cottage. "

"We were in town for our son’s graduation from Iowa State University. Our stay was phenomenal. The house was perfect and our host was amazing. The house is very clean, spacious and very well appointed. We were traveling as a family with 6 adults and the house allowed the three couples their own bedrooms and bathrooms! Our host thought of everything She even left homemade cookies decorated in Iowa State colors congratulating us on our Son’s graduation. We highly recommend this location for anyone...

"This property was very well kept. While being a small house it's still offered plenty of sleeping room tw0 living areas to take advantage of and a kitchen with everything you might need. The host communicated throughout our stay to make sure everything was OK. I will stay again!"
