Location de vacances de particulier à Iowa

« We had to cancel our trip as we were involved in a car accident in GA. This is why you buy travel insurance. Hope to visit sometime in the future. »

« Very clean! Host is great to work with! Communication is top notch! House is very nicely remodeled. I wish for larger beds, but I knew they were queens from the listing:). The bathroom with the shower is located in the basement which is somewhat inconvenient because the bedrooms are upstairs. However it is very nicely remodeled. Overall, the property is completely remodeled with comfortable furniture, great linens! »

« Decent place. »

« Perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent! Thank you! »

« The house was good, the AC was great, walking the dog in the neighborhood was great. Awesome host with clear communication. Thanks, Matt! »

« Amazing house! Lots of space, adorable decor, lots of ‘extras’ - very family friendly and walking distance to downtown. Host was very accessible and helpful. Highly recommend! »

« This is a lovely home with many spaces for guests to spread out. It also has a nice deck for relaxing with a cocktail before you head out to one of Cedar Rapids' locally owned restaurants. Great place for a family or girls' getaway! »

« All was well and as expected »

« Great location! »

« This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient. »

« Very nice home with all of the amenities. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for visiting our ISU student. »

« We have stayed in this house a couple of times now and if works perfectly with so many beds and rooms, along with the bigger kitchen and dining area. Close proximity to UNI makes it easily accessible. Hope to continue to stay here regularly. The house has character and history too which always makes it fun. »

« We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it. »

« Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

« Very cute property that had everything we needed! The property could use a little bit of deep cleaning because it smelled like stale air. Maybe a dehumidifier would help but other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was convenient and host were very responsive. Had off street parking for our truck and trailer. Would definitely book again. Thank you for letting us stay there. »
