"We stayed here for a mini getaway and it was above our expectations. The apartment was clean, stocked with necessities and it was very quiet. The property manager reached out to check in to make sure everything was okay during our stay which we appreciated. We requested additional towels and they were provided with no issues. "Stayed a few weeks ago for a weekend trip. So glad we picked this over a hotel. It was clean, spacious, modern, convenient and had all that we needed. Great wifi and tv for kids and a quick drive to every tourust site. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The apartment is fine - spacious and in reasonably good shape, though the house it's located in is poorly maintained, with tons of trash in the yard. It's not a very nice part of Elmwood Ave - fine during the day, but there was a very loud fight in the street one night, and plenty of troubled people on the street. Obviously that's not the host's fault, but this is: On arrival I realized that the only air conditioner (in the bedroom) was visibly full of black mold so it was unusable. I messaged...
