"Fair alternative if you don't want to or can't pay Bar Harbor price. Hotel is about 30 min from Acadia/Bar Harbor and there are few decent Lobster restaurants along the way and in an area. It's a small hotel, but fairly clean and well maintained. I booked a pet room by mistake but there was no "pet related" smells or anything else. There is a bit of a musty smell in the room, which is expected in high humidity area. Not too bad. Enough parking spots and usual hotel breakfast. LL Bean outlet next door :)"
