« This unit is not acceptable to be rented out. There is a step down into one of the bedrooms. My wife tripped on it while carrying luggage into the room and fell, injuring her knee. There's a sign on the door that says "Watch Step" but the door was wide open so she didn't see the sign and the step isn't well marked. One of the exterior windows has a huge crack. Towel racks and toilet paper holders are missing and only the connectors are left behind on the walls. Some ceiling lights don't...
