Fantastic lakeside view and comfortable beds. I only wish more amenities were available, such as coffee cups/mugs and a table for the porch. What makes this place special is the free access to kayaks and to Lake Flower itself.

If you like camping this is the place for you. Also do not expect any help from the ladies at the front desk they know nothing about the area or the establishment they are running. You will have better luck speaking to a local on the side of the street. Bring your own sheets and blankets as well as there’s are not clean and you run the risk of getting a bed full of what I can only describe as sand. The area is amazing and the perfect location between tupperlake and lake placid.

The self check in was great- the staff was helpful when I emailed my questions- only challenge was coming in later than check in time and having a hard time parking- the 1888 number and the other number listed on website were not working when I attempted to call- finally found the right phone number which was emailed to me. Overall for a person wanting a budget friendly inn, it was perfect for a night!

We arrived to find our room did not have a refrigerator or coffee pot. The staff worked quickly to resolve this issue. We chose a room with a lake view and looked forward to sitting by the lake. Unfortunately, there was so much goose poop we couldn’t enjoy being in the grass. Please consider raking and disposing of this.

This is a nice, quaint, charming motel located right on the lake. There’s a functional pool, ample parking, and even kayaks and a canoe for guests to take out onto the lake!

We chose this motel due to its high 5.0/5.0 reviews. First look at arrival things seemed ok and nice, good old Adirondack charm. The check in staff girl was lovely and accommodating. The rooms appeared to be remodeled and clean. We noticed after being there, shower heads were leaking or missing. The hot water was scalding fast if not careful. The floor was extremely sandy, feet were black after walking around the room. Bed skirts were not fully on. Dirt and dust around the room was heavy, under bed and furniture. One room the toilet itself was cracked, the other the toilet seat was broken and wiggly. The exterior needed a lot of TLC. The pool was missing tiles and needed cleaning. Not quite sure $200 a night after taxes & fees was fair. It appeared to be fully booked during our 2 night stay. The parking lot was full and tight. Be aware if you have a larger vehicle.

The hotel was being taken over by new owners, The TV's did not work, no cable of any kind! Pool was not open at all as well it was in a state of disrepair! Also they had issues with wi-fi and internet access! the whole time we were there coffee machine did not work well as well! Although we had a million dollar view of lake Saranac and the mountains, lots of parking and close to other amenities! Bed's were comfortable, I'm sure at some point they will work out those issues and I was told renovations were coming in the near future! but just bad for us that we did not get what we had paid for!

Room was comfortable, view is nice. Bathroom is small. Bed a little firm. Room was noisy at night with the heating & random loud noises at night. Also the place is right next to a main road. Parking can be tight on holiday or busy weekends. Overall not bad for a quick weekend getaway.
