Great Mission Bay Stay
Loved our stay at Rockaway. We have stayed at other places in Mission Bay, but this has been our favorite to date. Right on the bay but with enough privacy. The house comes equipped with beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. Decent sized garage for the area, which is hard to find (we were able to comfortably fit our minivan). Also with AC which not many places in the area offer (the summer months can get especially humid). We did not use the 1st floor studio. Very walkable to many restaurants and attractions and not as loud/rowdy compared the to pacific beach side. Will definitely book again for future travels to the area. Thank you!

Let's just say I overpaid but stay was ok
The house is ok it shows it's age and some wear and tear. The stay was confortable but I overpaid for the stay I would not pay that in hindsight. This place is not worth what I paid for but leasing learned and would not stay here again for that price. They did try to make the stay comfortable but again for the ammenities and size of home. Not worth the money.

All you need!
This house is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a beach getaway. I stayed with my folks and young son for 5 nights, and we scrapped all our San Diego sightseeing plans because we enjoyed the location and the beach so much. It’s a stones throw from the bay, and within easy walking distance to the beach and local coffee shops, pizzerias, etc. Management was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Long Weekend
My husband and I stayed at the Bayside Luxury for a long weekend. The house was updated and immaculate and perfect for our needs. There were a couple of hiccups (TV's not working, remotes without batteries), but Cindy was so responsive and helpful in trying to rectify things quickly. We would definitely stay again (or at other properties managed by Cindy, as she was really great).

Perfect location, inside is up to date and clean. Elevator super convenient as was the garage. Studio is not connected to the upstairs portion was the only complaint our group had! Cindy was awesome and great communication.

Great location, beautiful and clean property!!
Amazing location, great views! Great location for kids, stones throw away from Mission Bay. Easy to relax and go to and from the house, and back to water without hauling a bunch of stuff too far. Coffee shops, convenience stores are all right there. Only downfall, very loud at times due to the location of property. Early garbage trucks (6am), and can get loud at times during weekend, but I understand the location comes with that type of stuff. Overall would go back and stay at this location with family. Also, property Manager Cindy was super accommodating and answered everything I needed to know throughout the stay.

Great bay location
We loved our stay! The location was as close as you get without being waterfront, steps to the bay and water views. Nice to have a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Great and easy communication with property manager. We Would stay here again!
