Perfect stay, very good location, had everything we needed. Nice room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired but is perfectly sufficient to set you up for the day!

No front desk staff on site. Phone front desk was quick to pick up and help. Biggest issue was the significant ant problem in the unit. Hotel was already aware of this issue. I brought it up with front desk who said manager would call us back. Received no call, apology, remedy.

The staff were very helpful but there were lots of minor things that really took me out of my experience. For starters housekeeping came and took all our dirty towels but didn't replace any so I had to ask reception for more. the tap was not screwed in properly and was wobbly. the shower was terrible. it felt like a gym shower and the shower head was awful it was clearly old and falling apart with minimal pressure i. was also pretty disappointed that the terrace was closed in the night but with no indication for that (no posted hours). the ottoman in our room also had some pretty obvious stains. Also that parking wasn't as I expected. right after booking I received a message stating that the parking was off site. it wasn't far hy any means it just wasn't what I expected from the listing.
