As everyone mentions, location is the main feature of this accommodation. There was zero communication. I asked questions before,and during the arrival with no answer. No email or phone number was provided. The check in was confusing with multiple contrasting instructions provided. It was very frustrating that none of my questions or requests were answered.

Tiny but clean. Good location for exploring the city (20 minute walk to Old Montreal, 15 minute walk to Centre Bell) with a grocery store and cafe/bakery within 1-2 minute walk. Would stay here again for the price.

Everything about the stay was good. The checkin, accessibility,bedrooms, laundry etc. the only problem was not being able to contact a host. There was never anyone in the office when I checked. I tried phoning but only got an answering machine which was in French which unfortunately, I don’t speak. I’d left a couple messages in the online chat that were never answered. I’m assume that Expedia was responsible for that but I’m not sure. There was a young gentleman that stopped in to see how we were doing near the end of our stay who was quite nice and was able to answer some questions but it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone earlier. I would still rent this home again as overall it was a perfect spot for us to be and was very comfortable. Thank You
