please be warned... this is not hotel.... they wanted 5 pieces of ID to get registered... the form would not save.... I had to email them 2 ids more than once... then when you are approved they send daily reminders to get registered....even though the room is ready they make you wait till to get to 3 to enter... but for an extra fee they will let you in early....would not book this again

Everything about the stay was good. The checkin, accessibility,bedrooms, laundry etc. the only problem was not being able to contact a host. There was never anyone in the office when I checked. I tried phoning but only got an answering machine which was in French which unfortunately, I don’t speak. I’d left a couple messages in the online chat that were never answered. I’m assume that Expedia was responsible for that but I’m not sure. There was a young gentleman that stopped in to see how we were doing near the end of our stay who was quite nice and was able to answer some questions but it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone earlier. I would still rent this home again as overall it was a perfect spot for us to be and was very comfortable. Thank You
