"Very nice place BUT… be careful with this place ! I booked this through Expedia and no where does it even mention a $300 deposit!! I paid for my accommodations in full while driving through the US. It wasn't until We arrived at the location I get notice of a Deposit Required before they would let us in or even give us the room number… They WILL NOT TALK WITH YOU ON THE PHONE… text only 🙄 finally i had to send proof of ID to prove I was from another country and it was only after I emailed my drivers license that they “waived” the deposit since we were classified as International Guests. Other than that “ hiccup “ then we were finally allowed to enter the property. Nicely decorated, clean and fairly close to the things we wanted to see and do."

"The property was beautiful, our host was friendly and responsive, and nearby access to public transportation made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this lodging to anyone who is looking to explore downtown Chicago and is willing to get familiar with public transportation. It was convenient and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Chicago."

"The house was as advertised. It was clean and very close to the lake. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The only challenge was parking as it was tight for a large SUV but would be fine for smaller vehicles."

"The queen beds were comfortable and the parking was easy. It was nice that there were so many bathrooms, so no one ever had to wait. There was no bedding for the futons/couch, we found a thin blanket to use as a sheet and we happened to bring a blanket with us, so we made do. In the common areas there isn't much comfortable seating. Someone was sleeping on the couch, so that only left the table with chairs upstairs. Be aware that when the people on the floor above walk around it is very loud. So bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. It is easily walkable to the Obama Presidential Library, which is a must see!"
