« Very clean and good location. Communication was spotty with the owner but he eventually answered. Overall nice place to stay. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for the dogs. Lots of mosquitoes back there so bring bug spray if staying out there for more than a few minutes. »

« We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown. »

« The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area. »

« We had a great stay at "Be Our Guest" It is in NODA area and walking distance to alot of really great restaurants and eclectic shopping. The house was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We attended a concert at the BOA Stadium and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!! »

« Nice wooded lot, clean home. Dogs loved playing fetch around the home. “Lived” on the lower level where the shower and king bed were. Convenient drive and door so items could be unloaded from the car. »

« This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! « Beautiful house and property. Location is very quiet. Great fishing off the dock. If your looking for somewhere to get away and unwind i hightly recommend this property. Enjoyed the corn hole and kayaks as well. Everything you need in the kitchen. Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. Will definetley be back at a later date! Stayed June 17th - 20th! »

« Pros: clean, good space for family with several kids, good location for our needs, has all the essentials, excellent water pressure! Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return! »
