"The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area."

The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area."

"We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown."
