The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy. Access to the Home: Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of 3 cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Cons: Unappealing, dirty porch. Inside was tidy but not necessarily clean. Dust, dead insects. House had that feel that it hadn't been occupied in quite a while. Cookware was unusable due to scratched and chipped non-stick (health hazard). No internet for two days, I was actually asked to be available for a Spectrum rep. That wasn't happening. Thermostat reset itself from 74 to FIFTY degrees in the middle of the first few nights, the house temp at 6 a.m. was 64\. In July. In North Caroline. I was able to fix that issue after the property manager (nice guy) couldn't figure it out. The last straw was the promised compensation for the inconveniences that never showed up despite repeated requests that were answered with "I'll check on that." ##### Pamela M.
