Take rest on our comfy couch as you watch Netflix (our account) or play board games located within our lift-up coffee table with hidden storage. Feel free to eat while sitting at the couch or on our console table. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you’d need to make your own meals, so don’t hesitate to bring back fresh goods from the Gaffney Station Farmer’s Market (2 mins away). Oven and stove top included. You can always save and reheat any leftovers in the microwave from all the tasty Gaffney eateries you are sure to visit. Coffee/Hot Chocolate lovers will find the coffee station equipped with coffee granules, creamer, sugar, marshmallows, peppermints. Our station also includes teabags and a teapot for relaxing. Hydration is made easy using the refrigerator dispenser. WIFI AND TV WIFI providing internet speeds up to 500Mbps. TV with ROKU, located above the fireplace and in each bedroom; Netflix subscription provided. SIDE PORCH The house features a sizable porch deck with seating for two. Nestled beneath a shaded canvas sail, you can rock away your troubles and enjoy the subtle sounds of Gaffney. DAMAGES POLICY We work hard to keep our home in pristine condition. The reserving guest will be responsible for any breakage, missing items, damage to the building or furnishings (spills, burns, stains etc.). There was everything we needed. Unfortunately the neighborhood isn’t very good and the main road got a little loud with vehicles. I am an avid traveler using and have never experienced this before. Check in was easy. But the area is very ran down. The neighbor has a dog out on a lead all night whiny, the main road is very busy and noisy and generally felt unsafe. The cups in the cabinet in the kitchen were dirty. Any time you cooked the fire alarm went off even with the fan above the oven on. When you ran the washer it shook the entire house and was so loud. The first night we checked in there no internet and even then the internet connection was very hard to connect the tvs too. We experienced the ac breaking. The first night it was hot so I messaged the host in the am, by the night time it was 80 degrees in the house. The host did come and change the air filter that was absolutely filthy but said the pipes had froze. There were not other accommodations provided. So we went and bought a fan as it was not easy to pack up a family and find affordable and safe accommodations last minute in a small town. Unfortunately after we left the property we noticed bites on my son’s arm and took him to urgent care and they determined it was bed bug bites. I also have them. Please beware and do not stay here. ##### tara h.
