Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The location is good too. We walked back and forth to Carowinds. It’s a 20 min walk but worth it to me.

Carpets in hallway were very dirty. It doesn’t take much to clean carpets. There was milk split in elevator and then dried milk for the whole stay. Management should be making sure things are clean and if not then do it themselves. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and room was clean. I really just had issues with the carpets.

Let me start by saying location to carowinds is great, we were on the 4th floor but our room was quiet,we had a queen room two beds our bathroom was very small water pressure not great breakfast buffet was good,seems like a safe area we didn't have a problems and was never worried about any but I would definitely stay again

I've stayed at this hotel on two other occasions. It's beginning to show its age, however, its still a great place to stay if you want to go to Carowinds the next day or whenever. The room was nice and clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

Pro: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Cons: The exterior door near my room slams shut each time it closes, all night long. I went for breakfast at 8 am. Everything was hard and cold or unavailable. There was no regular coffee and I couldn’t find a staff member for more. It was far below the standards I’m used to from Comfort Inns.

For the location and price you really can’t beat it. Me and my 11 year old daughter stayed there and we were more than happy with the experience. The breakfast is really good too and has more than I thought it would! Definitely will be back to stay again!

Not a bad stay, we decided to take the kids to Carowinds before school started and everything worked out pretty good. We have a lot of kids so we had to book two rooms and I thought that I had booked conjoining rooms but apparently I didn’t. The hotel at the front by desk was super nice and helpful and the stay was pleasant. The pool was refreshing and on our second day after spending all day in Charlotte, we were able to order pizza and eat by the pool. Definitely a win for my crowd👍

Room could have been better (we killed 2 roaches), staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good (only had gravy one day and it did seem like they wouldnt refill anything after 9 even though breakfast went till 10) and it was pet friendly which is nice but they should vacuum more because of dog hair. The flip over latch lock mechanism was broken so we werent able to use that for additional safety. There were some things broken and half way repaired in the bathroom.
