Easily accommodates your family. All new beds and luxury bedding, towels, etc. Spacious kitchen. Kids will want to be in the huge pool all day. Adults will enjoy the spa. The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 6,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. We have a spacious and inviting entryway that doubles as a 2nd dining room for larger families, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, tepee, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa (floor 4). Finished basement opens to the pool, indoor eating area, outdoor picnic area, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade games, regulation pool table , 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set. Outdoor in-ground basketball hoop. Did we mention kids? Love them! Don't leave them home they'll miss out on a vacation of a lifetime. Spectacular Main channel view of Lake Wylie. Amazing outdoor entertaining with large paver patio around pool, chaise lounges, sandy beach, huge yard, 3 boat dock with a lift, 3 spacious verandas on floors 1, 2 &3. 5 minute drive to Lake Wylie restaurants or 3 min in your boat or rent ours. New pontoon. Grocery stores are 5 minute away This is a vacation rental so we don’t allow Weddings or parties. Family reunions OK. No HS youth groups or college parties. Holidays have a surcharge. Also the pool and hot tub can be heated for $100 per day. Discuss payment options with owner. We gladly rent our new pontoon boat. Floor 1 is handicap accessible with full bathroom (shower) and queen bed and a twin daybed and sofa. Please see pics to see property overview and decor! Extra intensive Special Cleaning procedures during this COVID time includes airing out of the home, deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and counter tops. If you are sick or a family member is sick please call immediately and we will re-schedule you for a better time. We had an amazing family vacation with 16 of us coming together from four states. The house was perfect—spacious, clean, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the pool, game room, decks with lake views, and the incredibly well-stocked kitchens. It made meal time easy. Renting the pontoon boat was a huge hit for all ages! Don’t miss out, rent the boat to really appreciate the lake. The location was also ideal—close to shopping and Charlotte attractions. Rick was a great host and made everything seamless. This property and the amenities it offers, is definitely worthy of a 5 star review. We were having a retreat for 7 of ouf international leaders along with 3 home office staff. House allowed for 8 guests to eah have their own bedroom, but had to share bathrooms. Our group cooked all of our meals at the house. There were lots of pans, bowels, dishes etc to accomodate this. Need to add some wine glasses to your collection that are not plastic. A couple of housekeeping suggestions. The dishwasher door needs to be repaired as it drops when opened and is a heavy drop that can easily hurt someone. Not sure when the last group was there but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning of the drawers and cabinets as well as the oven. ##### Pamela M. The owners replied quickly to our questions. We added heated pool to our stay which everyone loved. Enjoyed hosting family dinner on the porch with extra table and chairs. Nice spot with easy access to Charlotte. Our suggestion is to go through the 3rd floor playroom and group items together ( some are mismatched etc).An example label box for doll house play toys or put cars together for the race track. This property had everything we needed for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 adults and 5 children. There were 2 very well-stocked kitchens, a well-stocked play room, and separate living areas on each level of the home, so we could spread out or be together. The large pool and hot tub were a great addition to the outdoors. There was also a large yard for the kids to run and play. On our one rainy day, it was great to have the pool table, ping-pong table and arcade games to keep the kids entertained in the garage. This is our 5th year at Lake Wylie, and this was definitely our favorite home! Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts! ##### Brian T. Host Rick was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Our 4 generation family travelled from 4 different locations to meet and we had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, lake, hot tub and all the amenities provided. House was very clean and spacious. Our family group of 17 stayed at the Amazing Lake House last week. It was truly AMAZING! Let's start with the neighborhood - very nice and inviting. The house sits right on the lake and has a huge salt water swimming pool that looks out onto the lake. Plenty of room on the surrounding patio for sunbathing. There's a hot tub, plenty of pool toys, a lower level kitchen and a beer fridge in the garage - a perfect set-up for outdoor partying. The house is very spacious - plenty of room to gather or chill out in a quiet space. There are two large verandas overlooking the pool and lake (sunsets were great!). We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed trips out on the lake. There's a nature preserve less than a mile from the house - perfect for a morning hike. Plenty of restaurants, food stores and shopping near the house as well. Finally, our interactions with Rick, the owner, were great - he's very responsive and looks to provide his renters with every possible amenity. Everyone in the family agreed that we need to return next year - I guess that says it all! ##### Fred L. It was perfect for our group. The setting is lovely, with a large backyard, patio and verandas overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and terrific game room with pool, ping pong and more. The house is really well-stocked with everything needed for a large group. Though there were 16 of us, we were able to spread out and everyone had their own rooms. The younger kids were thrilled to have their own space on the 4th floor.
