"We were very amazed at how nice this was nothing was short of perfect"

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were like plastic, I couldn’t sleep because it just kept making paper or plastic sounds every time I moved. The room smelled awful, there was no water, you couldn’t even provide a bottle of water for guest to drink? The room was noisy, the lobby was dark. I couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Enjoyed being able to use the pool. The staff were all very friendly and the room was quite nice. One problem…the shower faucet knob was very hard to move, but it was quickly replaced when we complained. We also enjoyed the little breakfast place in the hotel…"

"Hotel is near Steveston Highway and Highway 99. Take Highway 99, you can go north to Richmond centre or go south to Tsawwassen Mills shopping mall or Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Take Steveston Highway, you can go west to beautiful Steveston Village. Good free breakfast."

"airport shuttle was crowded, dropped me off in the wrong area. Took 30 minutes, it is nice if you want to take a long time to get to the airport."

"Breakfast is basic, but it's clean and roomy; bed is comfortable, but we saw spider web on the ceiling and walkin shower with no bath mat. Very slippery. The biggest issue is no shuttle during the mid day. The new schedule was set in May and the afternoon shuttle only starts at 2:30. With many guests already waiting at the international arrival, the guests at the domestic arrival had to wait a few rounds. 8 of us waited for very an hour for this 10 mins ride. The van can only take 10. That's not what I was told as the time of booking. Please reduce the mid day break and offer the same regular shuttle service to meet with other hotel standards."
