« On a passé un super séjour, on a été surclassé dans une suite au lieu d'une chambre simple sans salle de bain qui était en travaux. La suite est immense, avec cuisine et salon, le lieu est calme, la salle de bain très propre et la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec des salades de fruits frais tous les matins. On a adoré notre séjour. »

« I can’t say enough about my stay at Huddy House. My room was just beautiful, so tastefully decorated, meticulously clean and very well appointed. The full hot breakfast included with my reservation was delightful and delicious, with an amazing selection of teas and tasty dishes. I booked a stay due to being out of state and dealing with a family member’s hospitalization and relished retreating to this special space each evening. "Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
