Very charming and well-kept building with the loveliest staff! I appreciated the easy walk to/from Suburban station (~15 mins) and the city's main attractions, including the Independence Historical and Parkway museum districts (~30 mins north and east respectively), as well as plenty of restaurant options. I was in a top floor room and while there is no elevator, the stair flights are short so I had no issues with moderate-sized luggage. The weekday continental breakfast was solid. I would definitely look to stay here again if I'm ever in Philly.

Fantastic stay. The staff was SO friendly it felt like staying at a friend's house. Located in the most walkable part of the city. Super safe area with every type of restaurant, shop, and activity within a short walk. I was in the Rittenhouse Suite which was basically the size of an entire apartment. I'll definitely be staying here when I visit Philly again.

This was everything we could have wanted in a Bed and Breakfast. We had a nice, spacious, comfortable room. They communicated with us in advance to ensure we had a smooth check-in (we were arriving late). Breakfast was delicious (it was a huge spread- lots of options including a couple options our host cooked special). Our host was very friendly as well!

Great walkable neighborhood, close to a lot of major attractions in the city, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. Completely my fault for not realizing that I had booked a room with a shared bathroom (not my preference), but in the end it was completely fine and easy to coordinate. Loved the attention to historic detail in the room.

Our stay was incredible! Maria and her Team are exceptional and we found out that we also have mutual friends in the Poconos, PA. The location was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, etc. and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
