Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The room I was in had hair in the jetted tub, bathroom sink, bath rub and on the bed sheets. There was even a wristband on the floor from whoever was there previously. I had to clean and sanitize and disinfect the room upon arrival. I purchased the supplies at a close by dollar general to clean the room I was in for the weekend. Besides that the employees there were very nice."

"Great place for families, especially if you have kids! There are lots of activities and entertainment for children, which makes the stay really enjoyable. My main complaints were about the room. The TV was above the fireplace and the screen had a strong purple tint, probably from the heat, so it was difficult to watch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm, the mattress wasn’t great, and the mattress protector had several tears. Other than those issues, everything else was good. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and would recommend it for families."
