Best Western Plus Poconos Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very respectful and helpful. The rooms were really clean. The breakfast choice was ok. I did wish I got bacon at least once though 😅. I spent a week there. There was plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location."

"Great location but don’t get a street view, main. Street can be very noisy at night. Hotel is under construction, but rooms are excellent. Would recommend it."

Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only 21+

"Food service and food availability at the hotel/casino was terrible. Not enough staff; poor and delayed service or staff was absent from food locations. General sense that entire place was understaffed. Valet car service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although there were not enough power outlets at convenient places. No mini-fridge in room, just overpriced cash mini-bar fridge. Bed was OK, but mattress sagged and was not that comfortable. Pool was nice and casino had decent selection of slot machines. Visit was OK, but not sure I would stay there again because of limited and poorly staffed food options."

Inn at Jim Thorpe

"What a lovely place. Centered on the Main Street of town and easily walked to all major attractions, except Jim Thorpe Burial site. The hotel was well updated with all conveniences you would expect in a modern hotel. We had a front room overlooking the street. The only negative was there is a balcony across the front of the hotel and people sat right in front of our windows and you could hear them talking. But it would go quiet by 10 o’clock at night. And we did spend a few hours out there enjoying the activities. We didn’t mind the activities out there at all and met several interesting people. The hotel restaurant was perhaps the best restaurant in town and was reasonably priced. Service was outstanding and friendly. We would stay here again if we decide to come back in the future."
