"Unfortunately when we arrived they were having system issues and were not able to check us in. We were asked to wait so we used the pool and went to dinner. The lobby was full of families waiting to check in, it wasn’t until 9pm that they started getting us into rooms. Because of this issue, I would have normally given a 1-2 star review but there were two staff members at the desk doing their best to deal with the situation, so I give them credit for keeping it orderly and moving quickly once they got up and running. Bed was comfortable, and there are a lot of restaurants near by with easy access to the highway."
