"À mon arrivée, ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation. J'ai dû m'obstiner pendant une heure et finalement, l'employé s'est rendu compte que son collègue avait donné notre chambre à un autre client. Ils ont donc fait le check-in de ma chambre à une autre personne. Après une heure de désagrément, j'ai finalement obtenu une chambre, mais pas comme celle que j'avais déjà payé. L'hôtel ne m'a proposé aucun remboursement, aucun dédommagement pour leur erreur. Manque de professionnalisme."

"Clean, big room but not impressive for the price. The room had a noisy heating/cooling system and was missing microwave. The breakfast was ok but could have been part of the room rate. The inside of the elevator doesn’t match the hotel quality, it looked like the elevator is not well maintained. But overall it was a good stay and beautiful hotel."
