This brand new 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located on Pier 57, it is less than a 3-minute walk to the beach. This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the second floor, has an open kitchen and living room.  
  
The Space:  
Space  
This state-of-the-art flexible apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people with two flexible bedrooms that can be easily opened and closed with pocket sliding doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.  
  
\* Master Bedroom: Comes with 1 king-size bed and full private bathroom. We provide L'Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Additionally, you will find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hair dryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron and ironing board.  
  
\* Twin Bedroom: comes with 2 single beds, Smart TV and bathroom.  
  
\* Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.  
  
\* Living room: The living room contains a leather sofa, 4 wooden stools, and a coffee table. High-speed WiFi.  
  
\* View: The apartment has a beautiful side view, you can open the large glass doors to enjoy the natural light and air whenever you want.  
  
\*Roof Top: Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and city. Sunken living room with fire pit and hot tub. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax on the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It's perfect for the sunset while enjoying the stunning views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 jacuzzis, palm trees, and a gym with ocean views.  
The building has 24-hour security personnel.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests can use the entire apartment and amenities, including a beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi, the ocean-view gym, a terrace, cabanas, a tanning area, and a pool bar. The lobby is also available for guest use and is staffed with 24/7 security.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.
