"This was our second visit and it proved again why we should keep coming back when we're in DC. Friendly staff, clean spaces, and close to lots of shops on 14th street."

"Our stay was good. The room, gym, hallways, breakfast area and everywhere else was clean. The staff was friendly and allowed us a late check out free of charge. The only thing is the hotel has no parking other than valet, which costs $75 a day including the taxes. I find that a little too expensive. "

"I was given room keys to someone else’s room. When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Probably the strangest hotel experience I’ve had in my life"

"Be careful that this place has no regular staff on site. Check-in is handled virtually. There was some mixup in the process for me, and I never got their email that was supposed to send me check-in information. And there was no followup either. When I arrived late, nobody was there to help. The 24/7 text line never replied. And the manager didn’t answer his call. Really took some time and effort to get connected with someone and got in. The room had a toilet that had water keep running, AC remote running out of battery, tissue box running out of tissue. Heard that other people might have good experience. So thought it’s just risky. Hard to find help if you do need it. "
