"Advertised for 10. 3 chairs dining, 2 bar stools - less than photos. Pots and pans minimal and in terrible condition. Utensils not enough for 10 as well as plates, cups, etc. Garbage all over. Glass in backyard cut guest foot. Bathroom lock not working. Shower wouldn't drain. Pistachio shells all over yard. No iron or blow dryer. Had to find towels for indoor. Outdoor towels were not in place where told. Very disappointed for our celebration of life for my sister and family reunion."

"The room was what we needed for our stay, we were just staying for one night as we were traveling from another place for our trip and stayed here the day before our flight. The amenities and restaurants at the hotel are good, choices are great. The room itself is where the hotel lost many points. The television picture was terrible and it didn’t have access to ports to hook up our device to the television. Not a big deal if this is just a room while you explore the strip. The door handle to the bathroom was loose and wouldn’t lock if you didn’t line it up right. The beds and rest of the room were fine. This room would be ok if comparing them to standards of a Holiday Inn Express or maybe the Home 2 Suites, but for a resort, could probably use more attention to detail. The room was ok, but I would expect more from a place charging resort fees. The room rate was the main draw for a Friday night stay so that was a plus considering an “on Strip” location."

"Nice hotel. Room was a good size with enough closet and drawer space to unpack if needed. Cleaned our room as requested, although our daughter’s room wasn’t cleaned on time. Minor inconvenience. The shower is small since our bathroom had a big soaking tub which is great if you prefer baths and not showers, but we prefer the bigger shower which my daughter’s room had. We liked the bath accessories, good brand. We did not get the upgraded room with Expedia VIP status, disappointing. And we had to push for a higher floor since initially our room was on the lowest third floor in a 67 floor hotel. The checkout option on the TV did not work, and the line for checkout was too long. We were told it is auto checkout at 11AM local time and a receipt will be mailed within the hour. It’s now been almost 24 hours and no emailed receipt yet received. Food wise, many options. Breakfast, we did takeout from two of their cafes since there is no coffee maker in the room. Lunch at VIDA restaurant was great with good service and food. Dinner one night at Mother Wolf was very good. Definitely make a reservation. Great Italian food with fresh made pasta. This is a good hotel location and getting Uber was no problem. Very big hotel which is par for Vegas, a little on the newer side. But they need to work on their check in and out system."
