« So, mixed feelings about this stay. We had plans at a house for a fantasy football draft event that we use annually, but it was unavailable this year, so we had to pivot last minute to a VRBO option.I want to start with the Pros:The property and its inside appeared nice, and was the only one I could find that allowed group events. The host was nice and communicative. It appeared nice upon arrival too. It had many rooms, almost all with decent beds.Cons:I had to sign a 2nd rental agreement,...

« If you are traveling with a big party/family, this is a great spot. Great parking situation, the street is quiet however, freeway noise is a thing. However if you’re use to white noise type noises than it should be fine. The space was clean, and had all amenities needed. There was clear communication with the host and they were very responsive. My only detail is the echo in the house. I recommend everyone go to sleep at the same time if you don’t wanna hear too many noises through the home. »

« I had a great 3 night stay! I was in town for work, the house was perfect. Parking was convenient (garage), air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable, the house was well stocked, while clean and not cluttered. »
