There was a beachball-sized bubble in the ceiling from water damage, broken and unusable drawers, visible dust everywhere, trash on the floor and furniture from prior guests, black discoloration on the whole tub, dirty windows/glass, missing grout and caulk in the bathroom, and more. "

"Paid fee of $20 for early check in, when I got to the room really dirty, wasnt even sweeped. I mean you get what you pay for but even lowest motels will at least be swept. Im sure if they hire more staff it would be much better just shows poor management!"

"Numerous trips to the front desk and the endless line to get room with correct number of beds, working keys, more working keys etc. Pool was an exercise in frustration, Dumped a newly purchased bottle of water and repurchased at twice the price. No chairs. Had to purchase pool float for crowded lazy river. Was charged for mini bar when leftovers were put in the fridge- set off a sensor apparently. Waiting for elevators is last back breaking straw. Even after finally crowding on, it then stops at every floor. Stay elsewhere."
