It’s is a 22,000 sq ft private oasis, completely fenced in with private gate entry and an abundance of parking space. This home is newly built with all new furniture, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, basketball court, putting green and is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation.. Upon entry into the compound you are welcomed by a mural of Japanese Warriors and beautifully manicured bamboo trees. Immediately beyond this wall you are engulfed by a zen garden that include water features and multiple lounge areas, providing a perfect space for yoga at sunrise. Once inside, our contemporary home satisfies guests with the finest in luxury showcased at every turn, every texture and every amenity featuring the modern elegance of Room & Board furnishings. Unwind in the large open great room with plentiful entertainment such as billiards & poker, or have a beverage while sitting at a sleek Japanese-inspired bar. The floor to ceiling Japanese art is also to be admired. A gourmet grand kitchen with a double oven, a double stove and a double fridge awaits the chef in you! A wine cooler at the end of the ginormous island allows for perfectly tempered wine and beer. Be assured your party will rest easy, with 10 full size bedrooms, 16 Queen sized beds, 2 sofa-beds and 2 King size beds. 8 bedrooms have 2 Queen size beds in each bedroom, 2 bedrooms have a King size bed in each bedroom and 2 sofa-beds are in the living room. The 10 full size bathrooms are all equipped with individual Bluetooth speakers, luxury rain shower fixtures and massage jets guarantee to satisfy our guests after a long day on the Las Vegas Strip. Pamper yourself in the master suite as you enjoy the modern walnut furnishings, heated toilet seat/bidet, and large bathtub. Ready for your vacation to begin, step into the backyard oasis filled with activities for everyone. Take a dip in the large pool, equipped with three waterfalls, and a water slide. Opposite the water slide you will find a grotto finished with a hot tub. Work on your golf game at the putting and chipping green. Enjoy a game of basketball on the basketball court. Want to entertain outside, utilize the full-size outdoor kitchen equipped with a drink cooler, gas grill, hot plates and wok burner. Outdoor dining for any size group is easy with 6 pergolas that include dining tables. Within the compound you will feel a world away with the privacy granted from the meticulous landscape design. Strategically located 5 minutes from the abundance of restaurants in China Town and only 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, the list of amenities go on and on...you truly have to see it for yourself. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included. Pool and Spa can be heated upon your request, 100$ per day fee needs to be paid 24 hours in advance. Crib, High Chair, Bouncer, Baby Walker and Toys can be provided upon your request. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. Everything was as described, with very communicative staff. The heat wasn't working in one of the wings of the home, and a electrician was promptly sent over, even later in the evening.The pool area is awesome and fun for the kids and adults.Rooms for improvement are:The home has a cohesive theme (Japanese retreat) but the furniture placement and pieces feel a bit mismatched and cobbled together. The other would be cleanliness, we found a bit of dust and dirt in some of the rooms. but was quick to clean.Overall I would definitely come back, what a wonderful stay! ##### Kyle J. Our group had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 10-bedroom villa, and it exceeded every expectation.Pool & Outdoor OasisThe backyard was a highlight of our stay. We spent countless hours lounging by the expansive pool, which featured three waterfalls and a grotto hot tub. The pool had an app, which let us control the heating and the water slide.Gourmet KitchenThe chef-inspired kitchen was a dream come true. Equipped with double ovens, a double stove, and a double fridge, it had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The wine cooler and sleek Japanese-inspired bar added a touch of elegance to our dining experiences.Comfortable AccommodationsEach of the 10 bedrooms was spacious and well-appointed, ensuring everyone had a comfortable retreat. The bathrooms were equally luxurious, featuring rain shower fixtures and massage jets that provided a spa-like experience. We had a wonderful time here - 8 couples from all over the country for Dead and co at the Sphere. We stayed several nights and had fun cooking together with big breakfasts and lunch barbecues . We enjoyed the pool area and had putting and cornhole tournaments .The stereo and disco lights made for some fun dancing and we enjoyed the pool table .the house was very comfortable for us all . The bedrooms were well equipped , each with a good bathroom and shower or some had baths .Iwe knew that some of the bedrooms could only be accessed through others or by separate putdoor entrances and that helped us plan. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating / that was one of the high points of the stay . We had some minor glitches which they repaired immediately . We highly recommend this house for a group such as ours looking to enjoy not only Las Vehas but also each other. ##### Christopher S. The details of Japanese theme was beyond imagination. Every room had its own privacy, which everyone appreciated. From the decor to the cleanliness to everything else, everything was amazing and on-point. House is on a quiet street, 10-15 minutes to the strip. Check in was easy, representative showed us around the house.
