  • New Construction! Grab a snack from a local food cart and kick back under the backyard parasol with a good book. This light-flooded space blends crisp white decor with rich teal accents, cheerful pops of yellow, and calming abstract art for a well-rounded look. There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement of the house so no loud noise, large gatherings after 11 pm (quiet hours). There is a $50 cleaning fee for pets.
