The owner always responded quickly to queries. He even arranged for a free parking permit for us for the duration of the stay. Only downside was that the property was advertised as 3 bathrooms but one of the bathrooms was locked as it was used for storage by the owner. This meant that the main bathroom for our stay was off the kitchen as the only other bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floors was the en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Great house and garden. Perfect for short break. Quiet area. Really enjoyed our stay. So close to Poole, Bournemouth and Swanage. So much to do in the area. Highly recommend! ##### Simone G. It's walking distance of local bars and shops and great to explore Mudeford, Bournemouth, Poole etc. The walk down to the quay is well worth it to visit the beach bar and take in the view. The garden was a lovely space and sofa very comfy. I was surprised to find the main bathroom off the kitchen, but the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely shower. The ensuite wasn't very large but again functional. Liam was very responsive and easy to contact. The kids loved having their own space at the top of the house. ##### Gina E.
