« The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. « This is a large, beautifully-appointed basement apartment. It is lovely and comfortable except that it was very cold. There is a portable heater, and the owner graciously turned down the air conditioning upstairs. Still, there is no temperature control downstairs, and it was cold. The neighborhood is pleasant, but traffic getting from I-15 to Eagle Mountain is terrible. Try not to arrive during rush hour: it took us 40 minutes to go 15 miles. »
