Located in a quiet neighborhood near pickleball courts, a neighborhood park, splash pad, Frontrunner access and Murdock running and biking trails. Close to highway access and Traverse Outlets. Approximately 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and Provo, and 1 hour to skiing, hiking, fishing and biking in the Cottonwood Canyons, 15 minutes to Hale Center Theatre, Thanksgiving Point, the Aquarium, American Fork Canyon and so many great restaurants and shops. The living space was spacious and well decorated. We really appreciated the outdoor area. It was very lush and the kids could expend their energy. This is completely a walkout basement so the host is living right above you. It is similar to apartment living where you can hear the activity from above. Would not have been a problem but it continued after 10 pm. The last night we were there, they cooked fish and our entire place smelled. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It is in a good location, close to restaurants. ##### Donna M. My only complaint is that we did not have our own thermostat controls and I was so cold. At least there were lots and lots of blankets provided so I could layer those up at night! My grand babies absolutely loved the indoor playhouse. The host was great and the stay was amazing. I will absolutely rent again on our next trip to visit friends and family In Utah. Beautiful house.
