"The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The three bedrooms with larger beds accommodated the adults so we could have our own rooms. Bunk room was perfect for our kids. The back yard was enjoyed as well. A few suggestions is putting smart TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms. Providing a bag ice chest would have been a game changer as those steps to the beach were something we had no idea about. Maybe a pic of the stairs so people can plan better ahead of time especially having my older mom with us. The ice chest provided at the house does not hold ice but luckily we had a back up from our accessory rental. Those are all things that just would have made things a bit less stressful and more enjoyable but our overall experience was great! Many memories were made! Thank you for sharing this home with us! "
Cozy studio in the heart of Seaside walking distance to the beach

"This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance. "

"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "
"The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that. "
