"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"The room was small but perfect for quaint relaxing getaway. The room did smell like campfire smoke however it didn't bother us. The staff was super friendly expect the people in the cafe next door. It was expensive to us for the size of the room but it was an experience more than the room to be honest. "

"This home is beautiful. The owners are amazing. Location,amenities and aesthetics with this property is wonderful. Our family of ten were so comfortable here. If you are a porch sitter, you will love this home, front and back porch are the best. Open kitchen,dining, living area is very spacious. Our group of 10 easily fit hanging out, cooking, having dinner, and playing games. Pool was literally steps away from the house. Very nice pool area. Neighborhood was very cute, enjoyed riding bikes and walking through the neighborhood. Very close to the walk/bike path on the main road, my husband and I enjoyed walking this each day as well. Two convenient stores within a bike ride, and other little shops. We have two full size trucks and a small car, parking was tight for these 3 vehicles, but we made it work. Owners are very available for questions and corcerns, very sweet people. Beds were comfortable. My kids said the primary bath shower is life charging, Lol. So check that out. My only advice on things you may want to bring, if you are someone who likes heavier blankets, bring your own, all beds have light blankets, which we didn't mind. Close to beach access. Great experience!! "

"This is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable. Absolutely love the house pool 10/10"
"This was the perfect spot to be close to the beach as well as neat coffee shops and ice cream at Blue Mt. Beach. I felt completely safe and everything was perfect. The parking is a little tight and the condo is a little hard to find if you aren't looking closely - watch for the sign and know you have to drive back behind the condo on the main road to get to this one. "
