"Average stay, could be better maintained. Needs TLC. Noise travels very easily, heard neighbors into the late night/early morning. Also, it would be nice to know of parking fees before arriving."

"Amazing stay!! Booked for a girls weekend getaway, plenty of space for us all!! Beautiful art / decor throughout the space, very clean atmosphere!! Host was great at answering questions and communicating!! Great location with access to beach across and shops in the area.. the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the stay!! Not far from Seaside shopping and Alys beach areas as well!! Will recommend and stay again!! "

"He was very helpful we had a few water issues which was no fault of the property owner he found out what was causing it and let us know when it would be resolved by the city. The location was excellent! Next best thing to being right on the beach. Only steps away. "

"Cute home with everything we needed. A few steps out the door and we were on the beautiful, clean beach. Fell asleep at night to the sound of waves. If we had to suggest any improvements they would be for a bit more light in the en suite bath; a floor lamp or two in the living area for reading or game play; and an additional head closer to the ground on the outdoor shower for rinsing feet. "

"You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well. "
