We had the absolute best service we've ever experienced. From front desk - to waiters - to valets - to housekeeping - EVERYONE was very proactively involved in making sure our stay was perfect. The location is also excellent, with easy beach access, and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A HUGE BONUS was the FREE valet parking! We've never experienced that before!! The only downside is the hotel itself. It's a bit old, and while it still feels somewhat luxurious, it comes across as pretty dated. I barely give reviews on my stay but I had to for this one since I highly recommend this place! Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of other homes. I mentioned it and they said that it qualified as town view. Ugh. Otherwise it was great. Concierge was always helpful. Thanks Wendy Rooms are spacious and plenty of drawers. Nice robes beach bag with towels for beach. Yoga mat in room. Kimmie at check-in was awesome. She asked the reason for our stay and once we got to our room she sent up a very sweet card and bottle of champagne. There were several more surprises you receive as a guest, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone! Our room was very comfortable and large. The balcony view of the cobblestone street is beautiful.
