« The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!! »

« Hello,
There was no communication between the host and myself before or during the stay. When we arrived at the rental, there was no electricity at check-in, and the property remained without power for two full days.
Because the unit was not in a livable condition, I had to secure a backup hotel at my own expense. There was also no information or guidance on how to communicate needs or get assistance during the stay.
