This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach! We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season. Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate. If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop! BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony. There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages. Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle. Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane). Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25\. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Each family group had their own room and we would meet on the main level (2nd floor) to hang out. The spiral stairs to the beach were easy to manuever and being so close to the beach, we were carting a bunch of stuff down there. It comes with a beach umbrella and two chair rental which was wonderful for my parents. The owners even have everything you would need for a day at the beach included with the rental. My family loved the paddle boards and kayak and my grandchildren had their pick of beach toys. We also used an extra beach umbrella that was also included so everyone could sit in the shade. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait until we do. It was truly a home away from home. Our whole family came during the week of July 4th. There was a big group of us from grandparents, parents, adult kids, 16 and 8 year old. It was awesome being right on the beach! The manager was so quick to respond with all my inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to have a set of chairs and an umbrella provided for our condo. The hardest part was having to park within the narrow parking spaces. You really don’t want to leave once you have parked. We managed park 2 SUVs, big truck &. 6 seater golf cart. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart ahead of time. Overall, it was a great experience. The owners were great with communication. The property is on the beach so you are inevitably tracking sand in but you wouldn’t know that when we checked in. It was spotless (I don’t even know how they do that). The parking is fine if you have one vehicle. It’s probably tight with more than one but its beachfront property. There were lots of options for eating in as far as glass wear and dish wear. There are so many options for beach stuff like umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc. TVs everywhere. We wish we’d packed a lot lighter with the convenience of two sets of washers and dryers for quick loads of laundry. Beds were all comfortable. The outside stairs were a little treacherous but you just have to be careful. The umbrellas and chair service on the beach every day was such a nice touch. There are 3 different balconies to enjoy and yes, we did see dolphins several times in the morning. This is a great house, in a very convenient location, on a spectacular beach. Actually, the majority of us had the same favorite spot. Lol the perfect place to read a book, relax in the hammock swing and enjoy the roar of ocean. This was also the best place to watch Sunset sunrise. I think Thanksgiving week is my new favorite time at the beach. Rejuvenating and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for nine. There was ample seating to support us as well. The bed was a little uncomfortable and probably could be replaced soon, the porch is probably going to be needing some repairs as well due to some sagging the overall thoroughly enjoyed our trip and I would stay here again. Plenty of additional sleeping spaces, which was nice. Only a couple downsides. Parking is TIGHT! Sometimes couldn’t even open our car door because of the neighbors. The refrigerator also had a broken piece that made a whole shelf fall every time you pulled the drawer out, which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The spiral staircase down to the beach was also less than ideal. Fine for bigger kids or adults but I had a 1 and 3 year old trying to go down them and it was sketchy. Lastly, it would have been nice to have some dishwasher pods to get us started. Overall, would stay here again but some room for improvement as well. ##### Alaina S. This house is amazing! It was very clean and stocked VERY well. There was really nothing we were lacking. Everything has been thought of, toys, kayak, floaties, life jackets,beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen with spices, Tupperware, laundry detergent, dish detergent, pots, pans, crockpot, foil, etc. there was so much I packed or bought and we didn’t even need to. The location is amazing. It is steps away from the beach. We loved being so close, if anyone needed the restroom, a snack, or even a nap it was only steps away. The private beach is gorgeous and the beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) was the cherry on top. The stairs to the beach may be hard for some, they were fine for our family but maybe if older you may have a harder time. The parking can be a problem as some neighbors seem to park way over the line so you are unable to park two cars there. As long as everyone stays in the lines it’s no problem even though it is tight parking. I would also recommend maybe a good deep cleaning or replacement of the rugs as they smelled of pet urine at times. We would definitely stay here again.
