« STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

« Good communication with the owner. Not very personable though, just very black & white, to the point. We didnt get to enjoy alot of the amenities because they were closed. They were also replacing carpet in the Luau halls and our floor was one of them. The room was wonderful. Destin was amazing. I would definitely go back. I couldn't pass up the great deal!! »

« First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. « Every night, the smoke detector beeped all night. Would love to go back to this place, if the smoke detector can be fixed and not beep. Other people also complained about this in their reviews. Could you please fix the smoke detector? We were not able to sleep because it kept beeping. Other than that, lovely place overall and great golf cart. Thank you. »
