This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. Our vacation home is on the 6th floor and is furnished with many upgrades throughout. Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning your next trip back. The master bedroom has a king size bed. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway The two built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and we also have a sleeper sofa. The unit also includes a Samsung high efficiency washer and dryer. Ariel Dunes is a 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool with the "Mushroom Fountain." The resort area features an affordable 18-hole executive golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Make sure to bring kitchen towels and scrub pads, could only find 1 dish towel. Pools were spacious, just little too warm not real refreshing on a hot summer day. Would recommend this property for any family of 4\. Does have a pull out bed on the couch if needed more. There are no closets and only one small dresser in the small bedroom. No hangers and no where to hang your clothes. There is a table but no room for more than 2 people to set at table. Kitchen has very few things, cookie sheet was rusty and needed replaced. 4 patio chairs but one was broken. Tub looked old and not inviting. Scuff marks and scratches are throughout the unit. There’s rust on the bathroom vent that could be painted. The TVs are not smart TVs so you can not cast your Netflix or streaming services to them. No dishwasher pods were provided but you are asked to run the dishwasher before leaving. This is a good property but definitely not great. Location is good, and beach access is close. The building and pool is clean and well maintained. Parking is good lots of spaces and security was always around. The condo we got was not in good condition. 5 wristbands not 6\. Dirty utensils in the dishwasher, dirty towels in the washer. Broken chair and cigar butts on patio. The resort company was quick to respond but did not rectify the situation only an apology. So we had to do cleaning when we arrived after a long day at the beach. Not happy. ##### MB B. Location was great for beach access. A company sets up chairs and umbrellas to rent for a high price all the way across the beach right in front of the water, so you can’t set your own up in front. There were many others also with canopies and umbrellas so the beach was very crowded. The pools were huge and really nice. There was only one closet, off of the half bath, and it held all of the beach chairs and other stuff in the floor, so there wasn’t any extra storage for suitcases or anything. There were a few hangers in it, but more would be nice. Also no ironing board that we could see. Little drawer space in the bedroom. Maybe replace nightstands with some that have more drawers and a bigger dresser. Also suggest adding streaming devices on the tvs. Small investment for guest enjoyment. We didn’t cook any, but kitchen only had very basic cooking utensils and not even salt and pepper. Typically past guests would leave some behind. Would recommend bringing things from home if you plan to cook meals. We would return to this condo again. It’s a great resort. ##### Dawn N.
