Elation 5802

Check in was dreadful-very slow, and it took 3 trips to the front desk before finally getting keys that worked. Way too much effort when quickness and efficiency should be your goal. We never received an email explaining the process of checking in or checking out. I managed to find someone at San Destin vacation rentals after a lengthy hold. The unit was beautifully updated with probably the best view in the entire resort. We love VRBO and renting through you, but this was a debacle.
