It was clean, easy to find, and parking was simple. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and we appreciated the storage closet on the balcony with leftover beach gear from previous guests.However, the service felt more like a 3-star hotel without a front desk. Communication was quick but impersonal, with auto-reply-style texts. Our door code didn’t work upon arrival at 4:30pm, and it took 15–20 minutes before we could access the unit. The listing mentioned a blender, but only the base was there. We reported it at 5pm and didn’t receive a replacement until 3pm the next day. The sofa-sleeper was also missing bedding, which didn’t arrive until the following day.The unit was relatively clean, but toiletries were only enough for one day. The ceiling was thin—you could hear every step from above. One window leaked during rain. Kitchenware included plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, but utensils were limited.We enjoyed our stay overall, but will likely choose a privately managed property next time for more responsive and personal service. ##### Sheri L. The grounds were very neat and the unit was very nice and had everything needed. The only thing that could use improving was the cleaning….the floors had obviously not been mopped in a while, as our feet would be black after showering. We also had a water spill in the floor and the rag used to clean was black when we wiped it up.
