"Great place, awesome amenities. Practice your Spanish as most of the staff doesn’t speak English. Airport transfers are a mess, you need to actively look for the the person and shuttle van as they won’t look for you"

"Clean rooms, good friendly stuff, great pools and beach. The only complain would be the food, food could be better, otherwise great property to stay in especially for kids. "

"No hot Tub :( They always left me with one towel short in the room :( They didn't refill my body wash in the shower dispenser :( The didn’t refill my mini bar fridge daily :( But overall it was a good place to spend Spring brake... :) "

"Would not recommend. 1) Charge for lost pool towels. First day had my towel stolen from the chair when we were a couple feet away in the pool. 2) Have a cocktail menu, but most of the bartenders don't know how to make the majority of the drinks on it. 3) Have a beer menu with 4-5 beers, but when asked, only 1 was ever available. 4) Had to wait over an hour for our food at the Mexican restaurant, which requires reservations. 5) Ceiling started leaking on second day. Reported it to the front desk. No one every came to look at it. Water pooled in closet & floor in corner of the room. Luckily, it eventually stopped."

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "
