« This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even...

« ARNAQUE. Notre hôte nous a envoyé un message le jour J alors qu'on avait réservé 6 mois avant pour dire qu'il y avait une erreur sur le prix. J'étais surpris quand a 21h on me dit que j'aurai pas accès à mon logement cette nuit si je ne règle pas 100€ de plus sur un site inconnu. Une fois refusé, on me dit "ok" mais je passe demain pour que vous régliez des frais d'électricité... Après mon second refus, on me donne le numéro de la chambre. J'ai finalement réservé dans un autre hôtel par...

« Le cortecito in est un hôtel appartenant à des dominicains et donc vous y ferez des rencontres avec des gens de différents pays espagnols. Courtois, avenants, disponibles au besoin nous avons eu un excellent séjour de 28 jours. Il y a quelques restaurants proche où vous pouvez déguster poissons et fruits de mer ou tout simplement un sandwich ou burger. La piscine est sublime et c’est un environnement très calme. Les déjeuners sont corrects mais basic. a plage est à 50 pieds de l’autre côté de la...

"Points positifs : Les infrastructures de l’hôtel sont très belles et bien entretenues. La propreté générale est irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou les espaces communs. Les jardins sont magnifiques et apportent un vrai cadre tropical agréable. Le choix d’alcools est très correct et le sport bar est un vrai plus, convivial et bien animé, idéal pour les soirées ou pour regarder des événements sportifs. Points négatifs : Les moustiques sont un véritable handicap durant le séjour. Il semble qu’aucun traitement ne soit effectué, notamment autour du buffet, ce qui est vraiment gênant. La variété du buffet est assez limitée et devient rapidement répétitive au fil des jours. Il n’y a pas d’échelle pour sortir de la piscine, ce qui peut poser problème, surtout pour les personnes moins à l’aise. Enfin, certains trous et irrégularités dans les allées de l’hôtel peuvent être dangereux et mériteraient d’être corrigés. Conclusion : Un hôtel avec un très beau cadre et de bonnes prestations générales, mais plusieurs points importants à améliorer pour rendre l’expérience réellement confortable et sécurisée."
