"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"Very reasonably priced, great location. Short drive to both Rate Field and Wriggly Field. And just a couple of miles from Midway Airport. Staff was exceptional, especially the female manager who saved our stay by correcting an error not of the hotel's doing but of the booking agent. She was upfront, honest and very personable."
