"I stayed here for 2 nights in July for a work trip. The location is really solid, being right near Union Station, both sports stadiums, the waterfront and the financial district. Check-in was super easy. The building itself was not the cleanest and the elevators are very slow (1 wasn't working). The unit was a decent size and decorated nicely but bring an eye mask for sleeping as the blinds are missing panels and don't fully close. It was very quiet in the unit/on the floor which is amazing! The bed was very comfortable! The sink in the bathroom didn't have any space around it so getting ready was a little tough. I would have liked to see some coffee available in the room (I rented on Expedia so expected more of a "hotel" set up), however, there is an Aroma Cafe downstairs around the corner. The reviews mentioned the unit isn't super clean and I would have to agree with that. They need to wash the walls and carpet clean the bedroom. I kept my slippers on the whole time. Generally speaking the unit was clean but more of a 3 star standard. Lastly, the communication and response time from Rivet was spot on! Super quick replies and no issues. I would stay here again without question!"
