Nobleton Vacation Rentals

"The host was very responsive however, the facility is a basement unit (not readily identified as such) with a very lively family living upstairs. They have children who are up very late even past 12 midnight and the family is up cleaning and vacuuming and moving furniture late at night. The floor is not sound insulated and it makes it almost impossible to sleep. I made a complaint after the second sleepless night and they host was responsive and it did get a bit better than the first two...

"I didnt receive any message or email explaining how to enter.. only the code, but I didnt know where I was supposed to go. When I went to see the Owner, he didn't come outside to show us how it worked and he was really cold when talking to me:/ We found a few hair in our bed and a lot of food and meat in the fridge. Some of the cup were poorly washed and there was used product in the bathroom. I don't think the sheets were washed.. and if you are here to relax, forget it. You can hear everything...

"DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PROPERTY. It may look clean and “luxurious” in the pictures, but our experience was completely different. Upon arrival, the host told us the room we had booked was suddenly unavailable and offered us a basement room for an EXTRA $70. We were exhausted and didn’t have the time or extra money to find another place, so we agreed. After leaving our things and going out to eat, the host called us twice asking how long we would be out and saying he had a “SURPRISE” for us. When...

"We stayed there as a family for two nights. Everything was fine. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to all our queries. The only thing, in my opinion, is that a bit more attention could be paid to cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen (especially the microwave) need a bit of a spot of a clean."
