I loved everything about this hotel … a 10/10 for me. Their staff were very welcoming and made our vacation a whole lot better. Maria at the front desk was great. We got a birthday cake from them after letting them know it was our birthday Definitely coming back to Canopy!

This was a fantastic property! We went to see a concert at the Rodgers Center and you couldn't ask for a better location! This condo is on the 39th floor with a wrap around deck that has full views of the lake, CN Tower, stadium and all of downtown. I loved waking up to the view every morning. We walked to restaurants and bars and grocery every day and there is a Starbucks in the building. 24 hour security was a bonus. The kitchen and decor are nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub so we will just have to come back. I hope when we do that this unit is available.

The bed was up against the wall making it very difficult for one of the persons to get in or out of the bed as the area was confined. We had trouble with the key and no help was available until I threatened a bad review . We could not lock our door that night
