« We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊 »

« We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather. »

« We were 7, 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. Very cosy and clean. The front porch is the best place to rest after the beach. We will go back for sure! »

The location was ideal for take-out on our first night, and the kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to cook breakfast each morning of our stay. « This was my second go round staying at this property. My family and I enjoyed it the first time. More so the second time with the upgrades. Being familiar with the area was a great help. « This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot. »

« Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back! »

« Beautiful water views from 1st and 2nd floors. Relaxing property right on the water. My children had a blast using the kayak and paddle board. We appreciated that life jackets were available. Very quiet neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to the association beach. »

« Steps to the beach was very nice, beds were comfortable and clean. Issue with the listing, the pet fee was unclear at the start. The host originally asked for an additional pet fee from the booking cost. »

« What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen. »

« We liked the rental. It was spacious and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The rental is also a more affordable option in New Haven and not too far away from downtown. It was easy to get in touch with the owner, but it would’ve been helpful if they provided us checkin information in a timely manner. If you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you.
